Battle Of The Bags

ONE-ON-CAMPUS and ASB team up at NEWPORT HARBOR HIGH and CORONA DEL MAR to take Battle of the Bay to a new high: The Battle for the Good of Orange County Foster Children. Both campuses will gather new and slightly used backpacks, suitcases and duffles so these kids will no longer carry their limited possessions in plastic trash bags.

All bags will be turned in by Friday, February 15th on their respective campuses.

Johnny is a senior at Corona del Mar High School and has been with ONE for 2 years. He is devoted to the betterment of our members.

Johnny works directly with the founder and director of culture development in planning events and is key when ONE collaborates with other school leadership organizations.
Johnny encourages others to join the movement of ONE so they too can find
Inspiration and connection on campus.

He hopes to attend a college in California and become a U.S. ambassador or international environmental lawyer.

April is a senior at Corona Del Mar high school and has only recently “fallen in love with One on Campus”.

She is a member of ASB and finds joy in building relationships with others in and outside of school. The connection she makes through sharing her story and listening to others is something she truly values.
